Well, I finished up my semester with 5 A's and one B, which is adequate. I came home on the 18th and went with my family to get our Christmas tree. Christmas was nice. It's never really a big family affair with our family, because everyone lives so far away. It was nice with just my parents and my brother though. My parents surprised me with an acoustic guitar, which is awesome. I had mentioned over the summer that I wanted to learn how to play, and apparently they remembered. Progress has been slow, but it's fun. On the 27th, a week ago, I picked up my car. I got a 2004 MINI Cooper. It's silver with a black roof, has leather seats, a sunroof, a Harmon Kardon sound system...very nice, very classy. I've put about 300 miles on it so far just driving around Batavia. I really love the car. It's something I'd been hoping for for a long time, and something I didn't really think I would ever actually get. I still pause and stare at it, not believing that it's actually sitting in my driveway. :-D A week from today I'm moving to Mentor, and on the 12th I start work at NASA. I'm a bit nervous, but mostly looking forward to it. I'm really having a great break, and I think that this is the happiest I've been in a long time.
